Well, the first time we made this was a fail because we were trying to use Northern beans that had been in our pantry for YEARS. (Had to throw it out.)
But we made this again, and it was GREAT! Super flavorful and a bit rich because of the heavy cream.
Ingredients: butter beans, marinara sauce, yellow onion, vodka, heavy cream, tomato paste, garlic, red pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, Kosher salt
Serve with Parmesan cheese, basil, crusty bread

- Used cannellini beans
