So good and flavorful but a bit acidic! Still really liked it! It's a fun Asian take on a Chipotle bowl. We made quite a few modifications.
Ingredients: sushi rice, beef, pepper Jack cheese, pico de gallo, Kewpie mayonnaise, ketchup, tamari or soy sauce, mirin, Worcestershire sauce, Japanese curry powder, cornstarch, water, extra-virgin olive oil, Kosher salt
Topping Ingredients: lettuce, Mexican-style hot sauce, tortilla chips
Tips/Notes:
- Used Impossible Beef
- Couldn't find Japanese curry powder so used 1 tsp curry powder + 1 tsp togarashi
- Used regular mayo instead of Kewpie mayo
