Easy recipe for a weeknight meal, but being a dish that has heavy cream in it, it was a bit rich and well, heavy.
Ingredients: fresh or frozen cheese raviolis, mushrooms, heavy cream, grated parmesan, store-bought fried onions, shallot, garlic, white wine, thyme, lemon zest, extra-virgin olive oil, Kosher salt, pepper
Tips:
- Cooked ravioli first (boiled) as we were afraid it wouldn't cook thoroughly in the pan
- Added red pepper
